Domestic Orders(United States of America)

All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days*, processed in the order received. Cutoff time for processing is 5PM EST
Standard Domestic shipping is $7.99 and orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service using Priority Shipping if possible.
We do ship to APO’s but please allow for a 20-45 day delivery time.

International Shipping

All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days*, processed in the order received. Cutoff time for processing is 5PM EST
Standard International shipping is $9.99 and orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service using First Class International Shipping if possible. We cannot guarantee shipping once a package has left the United States and all issues must be reported to the shipping provider.
Any additional fees, taxes, or tariffs incurred due to international laws are not the responsible of MLP Concepts, LLC, or subsidiary of including Detroit Beard Collective, Beard Crate, and Tattoo Tuneup
You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

*Processing time may vary during large volume periods but we assure you, Detroit Beard Collective will work its beard off to get your order out the door as fast as humanly possible. Some items will also denote a longer processing/shipping period which supersedes the 1-2 business day statement.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns & exchanges

Detroit Beard Collective is happy to offer customers a return or an exchange for items purchased online. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods and will require proof of purchase.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps:

  • Take a photo of the item/s
  • Send the photo to returns@detroitbeardcollective.com along with your order reference number
  • Our customer care team will contact you to arrange the return of the product. We will send you a pre-paid postal label to use when returning the item to us. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.  Please allow up to seven days for the refund to process.

If you wish to exchange your item/s please follow these easy steps:
